I am currently baking my way through the William Sonoma Baking Book. There are 251 detailed recipes, some take little to no effort and others are extremely complex. My goal is to bake every recipe in the book by the end of 2011. That means that Will be baking 250 recipes in 365 days that is without subtracting the days that I will be traveling. I started this adventure at the very beginning of the year and am doing pretty well.
